Material is customizable according to the customer drawing, sample or agreed specification. Q235B is the default low-carbon steel option, not a special selling point or quality differentiator.

Poor fitment or unstable surface preparation can create assembly problems and customer complaints. Buyers should pay attention to material thickness, dimensional fitment and surface consistency before mass production. Stamping and hole-position accuracy
Profile edges, ears, slots and holes must match the brake pad design. Small dimensional errors may cause fitment difficulty or noise problems.
